SoCalETC President Teaching Chinese Professionals

Scott F. Gray, Ed.D., SoCalETC president, is teaching cultural professionals from China as part of California State University Dominguez Hills' International Programs.

Dr. Gray is presenting seminars on American public culture service innovation and operational mechanisms, Media use in public cultural projects, and Government and social support and funding for public cultural projects.

Participants are from Anhui Province and represent museums, governmental cultural agencies, cultural centers, and media.

Dr. Gray is a graduate of Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education & Psychology, Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, and California State University Dominguez Hills.
