SoCal ETC Chairman Leads Chinese Professionals from Anhui

Dr. Scott Gray, chairman of the Southern California Education, Tourism, & Cultural Organization, recently led cultural professionals from Anhui Province, China on a visit to some of San Pedro's cultural institutions, followed by sessions at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH).

The visit included professionals from museums, publishing, and broadcasting, as well as regional arts management and was sponsored by the CSUDH College of Extended & International Studies.

SoCalETC President Teaching Chinese Professionals

Scott F. Gray, Ed.D., SoCalETC president, is teaching cultural professionals from China as part of California State University Dominguez Hills' International Programs.

Dr. Gray is presenting seminars on American public culture service innovation and operational mechanisms, Media use in public cultural projects, and Government and social support and funding for public cultural projects.

Participants are from Anhui Province and represent museums, governmental cultural agencies, cultural centers, and media.
